ORDA privacy policy

This policy covers ORDA. XCO Agency LLC ("XCO", "we") is the developer. The suite-wide policy is also published at apps.xco.agency/privacy. If the two differ on this app, this page wins.
Data this app uses
- The order number, and the email or phone a shopper types to look an order up
- The email, phone, and shipping phone on that order, so the lookup can check they match
- Fulfillment status, carrier name, tracking link, line items, and a delivered or estimated delivery date already stored on the order
- A log of lookups in the admin: order number, what was typed, whether it was found, and when
- The shop domain and the staff account that installs the app, which Shopify provides with the install
The product-page delivery estimate uses the product, the visitor's country, and the rules you saved. It does not need the shopper's name.
What we do with it
We use this data to show the tracking page, the product-page date, and the lookup log in Shopify admin. We do not sell it. The listing is free, so this app does not bill a paid plan.
How long we keep it
We keep it while the app is installed and the shop needs it to run. When you uninstall, we delete the shop's app data, except where we must keep a record for fraud, security, or the law.
A customer can ask you, or email [email protected], to access or delete personal data we hold for your shop.
Who else sees it
Shopify runs the install and the admin. A shopper only sees an order when the order number and the email or phone match. We do not pass lookup data to an advertising network.
