Add order lookup to a page

Use this when a shopper should see tracking on your store instead of asking support where the order is.

Steps

Open ORDA and turn on the lookup block.
Add the block to a page, such as a tracking page in the footer.
Place a test order and fulfill it so Shopify has a tracking link.
On the storefront, enter the order number and the email or phone that is on the order.
Confirm the fulfillment status and the tracking link. If the order was split, confirm each shipment shows.
Enter a wrong email and confirm the order does not open.
In the admin, open the lookup log and confirm the test is listed.
If you show a delivery estimate on the product page, set the rules, then view a product and read the date.
