Getting Started

How much does ORDA cost?

Please check the pricing information in the Shopify App Store or within the ORDA app for current plan details and pricing.

Do I need technical skills to set up ORDA?

Not at all! ORDA is designed for store owners with no coding experience. Installation takes about 5 minutes and just requires clicking a few buttons in your Shopify Admin.

Will it work with my theme?

Yes! ORDA automatically adapts to match your store's theme. It works with all Shopify themes, including custom ones.

Customer Experience

How do customers find the tracking page?

You can share the tracking page URL (yourstore.com/apps/orda) in several ways:

  • Add it to order confirmation emails
  • Link to it from your website navigation or footer
  • Send it directly when customers ask about their orders

What information do customers need to track an order?

Customers just need two things:

  1. Their order number (from the confirmation email)
  2. The email or phone number they used when ordering

Can customers track orders from mobile phones?

Absolutely! The tracking page works perfectly on smartphones, tablets, and computers.

What if a customer can't find their order?

This usually happens when:

  • They're using a different email than the one they ordered with
  • They made a typo in the order number
  • The order is very old (check with support)

Tell them to double-check the order confirmation email for the exact order number and email address.

Customization

Can I customize the look of the tracking page?

Yes! The page automatically matches your theme, and you can customize colors, logos, and text in the ORDA app settings.

Can I change what information is displayed?

Yes! In the app settings, you can choose what order details to show customers, like product images, shipping address, and carrier tracking links.

Shipping & Carriers

Does ORDA work with all shipping carriers?

ORDA supports all carriers that Shopify supports. This includes major carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and many regional carriers. If Shopify has the tracking information, ORDA can display it.

What if I use multiple shipping carriers?

No problem! ORDA displays tracking from any carrier. Each tracking link takes customers directly to that carrier's website for detailed updates.

Do I need to do anything when I fulfill an order?

Nope! Just fulfill orders in Shopify like you normally do. ORDA automatically picks up the tracking information and displays it to customers.

Technical Questions

Will this slow down my website?

No. The tracking page is separate from your main store pages and only loads when customers visit it.

Is customer data secure?

Yes. ORDA uses Shopify's secure infrastructure and follows all of Shopify's security standards. Customer data never leaves Shopify's secure environment.

Why isn't the tracking page appearing on my store?

Make sure you've completed both installation steps:

  1. Installed the app from the App Store
  2. Enabled the app embed in your theme settings
