SubFlow — Subscriptions & Save

Manage subscriptions with automated billing. The app is free.

What it does

SubFlow covers the subscription workflow so you do not run it by hand. You create selling plans in the Shopify admin and show them on the product page with a theme block, so customers can subscribe at checkout. Active subscriptions are billed on a daily schedule. Failed payments are recovered with dunning, and customers pause, resume, or skip a delivery from their account.

Build-a-box and optional rent-to-own are ways to sell a product. They are not prices for the app.

Features

  • Selling plans. Create a subscription with a custom billing interval. Customers subscribe at checkout from the product page.
  • Automated billing. Charges run on a daily schedule after the subscription is active.
  • Dunning. A failed renewal retries on days 1, 3, 5, 7, and 10, up to five attempts, with an email at each step. You choose pause, cancel, or leave it active when retries end.
  • Customer portal. Subscribers pause, resume, or skip a delivery, and can change the frequency, from their account.
  • Cancellation reasons. Cancelling asks for a reason. You can show a save offer: a discount, a pause, or a skip.
  • Emails and reporting. Upcoming renewals can send an email. The dashboard reports active subscriptions, monthly recurring revenue, churn, and failed payments.
  • Boxes and rent-to-own. A customer can choose the products in a subscription box. Rent-to-own stays off until you turn it on.

Pricing

SubFlow is free. There is no paid app plan.
