Data this app uses
- Subscription details and the customer account they belong to
- Which renewals are being retried, and the emails sent about them
- The shop domain and the staff account that installs the app
What we do with it
We use this data to run the app, show it in the Shopify admin, and send the messages you configured. We do not sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep it while the app is installed and the shop needs it to function. When you uninstall, we delete the shop's app data, except where we must keep a record for fraud, security, or the law.
Customers can ask the merchant, or email [email protected], to access or delete personal data we hold.
Who else sees it
Shopify processes the install and the admin session. An email provider sends only the messages this app is set up to send. We do not pass the data to an advertising network.
