Decide what shows when nothing matches

Steps​

  1. Open the quiz and select the results page.
  2. Under Results policy, pick one:
    • Strict: only products that match the answer mappings. If none match, shoppers see an empty state.
    • Best sellers: if nothing matches, fill the results with your best-selling products.
    • Manual: if nothing matches, show the fallback products you select.
  3. For Manual, choose the fallback products.
  4. Set Max products and the CTA button text.
  5. Preview the quiz with answers that match nothing, and check the result.
