Collect a lead instead of a product match

Use this when the quiz should ask for a name, email, or phone, and not recommend products.

Steps

1. Create a quiz and say that the result is a lead.
2. Ask only for the fields you will use.
3. Write the thank-you line the shopper sees after they submit.
4. Try the quiz in the admin.
5. Publish it and submit one test yourself.
6. Open responses, filter to that quiz, and confirm the test is there.
