Easy POS terms

These terms cover merchant use of Easy POS. The website terms at apps.xco.agency/terms also apply.
The app
Easy POS is not on the Shopify App Store. You use it under a written arrangement with XCO until a listing exists. The register runs for your shop. You keep ownership of your catalog, orders, and staff records.
Billing
Free ($0), Pro ($9.99 a month), and Advanced ($24.99 a month) are the tiers configured in the app. They are not an App Store listing, and they are not a charge Shopify can bill from a listing that does not exist. The same amounts are shown on the marketing page.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break Shopify's terms, or to store data you have no right to. You are responsible for the staff you add, the PINs you share, and the cash sales you record.
Stopping
Uninstall the app in the Shopify admin when you have it installed. We delete shop data as described in the privacy policy.
