Easy POS privacy policy

This policy covers Easy POS. XCO Agency LLC ("XCO", "we") is the developer. Easy POS is not on the Shopify App Store yet. This page is still the privacy policy for the app.
The suite-wide policy is also published at apps.xco.agency/privacy. If the two differ on this app, this page wins.
Data this app uses
- Staff names, email addresses, and the PIN each person uses on the register
- The pickup desk name, its description, and the collections you chose to show
- Each cash sale recorded with the Shopify order number, the totals, and which staff member took it
We also receive the shop domain and the staff account that installs the app, because Shopify sends those with the install.
What we do with it
We use this data to run the register, show sales in the Shopify admin, and create the Shopify order for a cash sale. We do not sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep it while the app is installed and the shop needs it to function. When you uninstall, we delete the shop's app data, except where we must keep a record for fraud, security, or the law.
Customers can ask the merchant, or email [email protected], to access or delete personal data we hold.
Who else sees it
Shopify processes the install, the admin session, and the order, because the sale is a Shopify order. We do not pass the data to an advertising network.
