Clubify terms

These terms cover merchant use of Clubify. The website terms at apps.xco.agency/terms also apply.
The app
You install Clubify from Shopify, or, if it is still in the studio, under a written arrangement with XCO. The app runs inside your shop. You keep ownership of your catalog, orders, and customer records.
Billing
Paid plans are charged by Shopify on your Shopify invoice. The price on the marketing page matches the plan config we last published. If a plan is not on the App Store yet, it is not a charge you can be billed for from a listing.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break Shopify's terms, to store data you have no right to, or to send email people did not ask for. You are responsible for the tiers, benefits, member emails, and member-only products you publish with the app.
Stopping
Uninstall the app in the Shopify admin. That ends future charges from Shopify. We delete shop data as described in the privacy policy.
