Syncto terms

These terms cover merchant use of Syncto. The website terms at apps.xco.agency/terms also apply. Syncto is not on the Shopify App Store.
The app
You use Syncto under a written arrangement with XCO while it is in the studio. The app runs inside your shop. You keep ownership of your themes, catalog, orders, and customer records. Syncto copies theme files you select. It does not take ownership of them.
Billing
Free, Pro at $14.99 a month, and Advanced at $29.99 a month are configured in the app. They are not an App Store listing. A plan that is not on the App Store is not a charge you can be billed for from a listing. The price on the marketing page matches that plan config. If Shopify later bills a plan, it bills it on your Shopify invoice.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break Shopify's terms, or to copy theme files you have no right to copy. You are responsible for what you publish on the storefront after a copy, including the live theme.
Stopping
Uninstall the app in the Shopify admin when Shopify gives you that control. We delete shop data as described in the privacy policy.
