Syncto privacy policy

This policy covers Syncto, a Shopify app from XCO Agency LLC ("XCO", "we"). Syncto is not on the Shopify App Store.

Data this app uses
- The shop names you enter when you link stores, and whether a link is pending, approved, revoked, or reconnected
- The theme files you choose to copy, which themes they came from and went to, and whether the copy succeeded
- The shop domain and the staff account that opens the app, because Shopify sends that with the session
What we do with it
We use this data to run the app, show it in the Shopify admin, and keep the history of links and copies. We do not sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep it while the app is installed and the shop needs it to function. When you uninstall, we delete the shop's app data, except where we must keep a record for fraud, security, or the law.
Customers can ask the merchant, or email [email protected], to access or delete personal data we hold.
Who else sees it
Shopify processes the install, the admin session, and any charge Shopify is able to make. We do not pass the data to an advertising network.
