This is the support page for Journeva.

The storefront is not ready to put on a live theme. Shoppers do not get Journeva on a live theme yet. Support for this app is about the admin, not a missing block on the published theme.

Email [email protected] with:

• the shop domain, for example your-store.myshopify.com
• the app name, Journeva
• the admin screen you were on, such as FBT Bundles, Cart Drawer, or Thank You Page
• what you expected, and what happened
• a screenshot of the admin

A screenshot of the live theme will not show Journeva. That is expected.
