Troubleshooting Journeva
The storefront is not ready to put on a live theme. Shoppers do not get Journeva on a live theme yet. If the published theme looks unchanged, that is the current state of the app, not a failed install.
I cannot find it on the App Store
That is correct. It is not published. There is no listing to install.
The admin says Theme App Embed Disabled
The Cart Drawer screen can show that warning and Activate in Theme Customizer. Do not use it on a live theme. The storefront is not ready. Shoppers do not get the drawer there yet.
I cannot find Mix & Match
Offer Type is only Combo / BOGO and Volume Discount (Quantity Breaks). The older Fixed or Mix & Match selector was replaced on 21 September 2026. Use Combo / BOGO for a fixed set of extra products.
Create new inside the cart drawer does not show the bundle form
Create the bundle on FBT Bundles with Create Bundle, then come back to the cart drawer and use Browse list. Shoppers still do not get that bundle on a live theme.
The saved-cart list is empty
That is expected while shoppers are not using this on a live theme. The Saved & Shared Carts tab only lists carts that have been saved. Saving the drawer settings does not create a row.
The thank-you page on the store did not change
Saving Thank You Page only stores the widgets in the admin. Shoppers do not get them on a live theme yet.
The A/B test did not change the live store
It should not. The test is an admin split between Variant A and Variant B. Shoppers do not get either side on a live theme yet.
