Journeva terms

These terms cover merchant use of Journeva. The website terms at apps.xco.agency/terms also apply.
The storefront is not ready to put on a live theme. Shoppers do not get Journeva on a live theme yet.
The app
Journeva is not on the Shopify App Store. You use it inside a shop only under a written arrangement with XCO. You keep ownership of your catalog, orders, and customer records.
Billing
Paid plans are charged by Shopify on your Shopify invoice only when a charge actually exists. Free, Pro at $19.99 a month, and Advanced at $49.99 a month match the plan config we last published. They are not a charge you can be billed for from an App Store listing. See the marketing page.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break Shopify's terms, or to store data you have no right to. You are responsible for the offer copy, cart text, and questions you save in the admin.
Stopping
Uninstall the app in the Shopify admin when it is installed. That ends future charges from Shopify. We delete shop data as described in the privacy policy.
