The storefront is not ready to put on a live theme. Shoppers do not get Journeva on a live theme yet.
Can I install Journeva today?
Not from the Shopify App Store. There is no listing. Email [email protected] or book a call if you want to follow it.
Will shoppers see the cart drawer, a bundle, or the thank-you page?
No. You can set them up in the admin. Shoppers do not get them on a live theme yet. If Cart Drawer shows Activate in Theme Customizer, do not use it on a live theme.
Where did mix-and-match go?
The current Offer Type list is Combo / BOGO and Volume Discount (Quantity Breaks). Combo / BOGO is a fixed set of extra products you choose. There is no product pool and no minimum or maximum number of picks. That older Fixed or Mix & Match selector was replaced on 21 September 2026.
Is this Cartify?
No. Cartify is the free multi-cart app on the App Store. Journeva is the offer app, still in the studio.
What do Free, $19.99, and $49.99 mean?
They are the Free, Pro, and Advanced prices stored in the app. They are not an App Store listing, and they are not a charge from a listing. Pro adds checkout offers and post-purchase upsells in the admin. Advanced adds priority support, dedicated capacity, and advanced customizations. No tool is gated above Pro. Those screens are still not on a live theme.
Can I A/B test an offer?
Yes, in the admin, on a bundle or a cart drawer. You split Variant A and Variant B and declare a winner. Shoppers do not get the test on a live theme yet.
Does Journeva have a public API?
No. You configure it in the Shopify admin. See API.
Can I put this on my live theme today?
No. The storefront is not ready. Keep the setup in the admin.
What bundle types exist?
A fixed bundle, a mix-and-match bundle, and a volume discount. Preview each one in the admin.
Can shoppers see the A/B test?
No. The storefront is not ready. The test stays in the admin.
Which bundle should I start with?
A fixed bundle is the smallest. Add mix-and-match or a volume discount after the preview looks right.
Can I turn the volume discount on for shoppers today?
No. The storefront is not ready. Keep the setup in the admin.
How is this different from a fixed bundle?
A fixed bundle is a set of products. A volume discount changes with quantity. Preview both in the admin before you rely on either.
