Journeva privacy policy

This policy covers Journeva. XCO Agency LLC ("XCO", "we") is the developer. Journeva is not on the Shopify App Store. This page is the privacy policy for the app while it is in the studio.
The storefront is not ready to put on a live theme. Shoppers do not get Journeva on a live theme yet, so they are not submitting this data from a published theme today.
The suite-wide policy is also published at apps.xco.agency/privacy. If the two differ on this app, this page wins.
Data this app uses
- Offer, cart drawer, thank-you, and test configuration you save in the admin
- A saved cart, when one exists, including the cart contents and the customer name, email, and phone if they were stored with it
- Answers the thank-you widgets are built to collect: a review, a birthday, and survey choices
We also receive the shop domain and the staff account that opens the app, because Shopify sends that with the session.
What we do with it
We use this data to run the app and show it in the Shopify admin, and to bill through Shopify if a plan is ever charged. We do not sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep it while the app is installed and the shop needs it to function. When you uninstall, we delete the shop's app data, except where we must keep a record for fraud, security, or the law.
Customers can ask the merchant, or email [email protected], to access or delete personal data we hold.
Who else sees it
Shopify processes the install, the admin session, and any charge. We do not pass the data to an advertising network.
