Your Jobs Page URL

Your careers/jobs page is automatically created when you install Workify. Customers and job seekers can access it at:

https://yourstore.com/apps/workify

[!TIP] Replace "yourstore.com" with your actual store domain. For example, if your store is awesome-shoes.myshopify.com, your jobs page is at awesome-shoes.myshopify.com/apps/workify

Workify includes beautiful color presets to get you started:

Want more control? In the Jobs Page settings, you can customize:

  • Primary color
  • Secondary color
  • Background color
  • Button text

Page Text

Customize the text on your jobs page:

  • Page Title: Change to "Career Opportunities", "Join Our Team", or anything else
  • Apply Button: Customize to "Apply Now", "Submit Application", etc.

Application Form Features

Standard Fields

Every application collects:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Resume Upload

Custom Questions

Add your own screening questions:

  1. Go to Application Questions in Workify
  2. Add short answer, long answer, or multiple choice questions
  3. Mark questions as required or optional
  4. Save your questions

Custom questions appear after the standard fields in the application form.

Resume Requirements

  • Maximum file size: 20MB
  • Accepted formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX
  • Resumes are stored securely in Shopify files

Job Management Features

Job Status Options

  • Draft: Not visible to job seekers, work in progress
  • Published: Live on your jobs page, accepting applications
  • Archived: Closed position, hidden from jobs page but data preserved

Each job has its own direct link you can share.

Privacy & Security

  • Applications are stored securely in your Shopify account
  • Resumes are stored in Shopify files
  • All data handling complies with Shopify's security standards
  • Only you and your staff can access candidate information
