Remind customers about their gift cards

Needs Advanced or Business.

Steps

1. Open Settings and then Notifications.
2. Turn on Expiry reminder and set Days before expiry.
3. Turn on Low balance reminder and set the Low balance threshold.
4. Select Send a test, enter your email and send the test expiry and low balance emails.
5. To change the wording or the look, select Open Emails.

Each gift card gets its expiry reminder once.
