Open Settings in the app. The tabs are listed below in order.
Setup Guide
The onboarding steps, including syncing your gift cards and adding the blocks to your theme. Opening the theme editor from a step marks it done.
Modules
Gift cards are always on. Turn on Store credit or Discounts if you manage those too. Your plan sets how many modules you can turn on. If Shopify did not grant the access a module needs, use Re-grant permissions.
Automations
Refund as store credit issues store credit when an order is refunded. Turn on the Store credit module first.

Note: the setting can be saved today, and the automatic issuing on refund is shipping in a coming release. Check the changelog.

Notifications
Advanced and Business.
- Expiry reminder: email the customer a set number of days before a gift card expires. Each card gets this reminder once.
- Low balance reminder: email the customer when a balance drops to or below your threshold.
- Usage alerts: emails to you when you approach your monthly check limit, when you are near it, and when you reach it.
Use Send a test to preview each email.
Emails
Advanced and Business. Logo URL, brand color, header style, sender name, store name override, reply-to address, always CC, footer email and footer text apply to every email. Each email also has its own copy, CC and a reset to the default text.
Extensions
Everything the app can add, and whether it is live:
- Storefront blocks in your theme: the balance checker.
- Checkout: lets a shopper check and apply a gift card at checkout. Business, Shopify Plus.
- Customer accounts: shows a signed-in customer their gift cards, store credit and assigned codes.
- Customer value block on the customer page in your admin.
- Shopify Flow actions: issue a gift card, issue store credit, assign a discount code.
Integrations
Supported: Klaviyo, Shopify Flow, Omnisend, Mailchimp, Zapier, Make, webhooks, Slack and WhatsApp. Webhook event: gift_card.checked.
