In the studio

Preview a bulk edit of custom fields

Fieldra is not on the App Store. This is the admin in the studio build.

Steps

1. Bring in the custom fields already on your products, variants, collections, or customers.
2. Start a bulk edit. Choose the field and the new value. A date stays a date, and a number stays a number.
3. Read the preview: how many records match, and a sample of the current value next to the new one.
4. Run it only after that sample looks right.
5. If a row fails, retry that run.
6. To repeat it, create an automation, name it, pick the records, and set the rhythm. The rule shows whether the latest run completed or failed.
