This app is still in the studio and is not on the Shopify App Store. These notes describe the build in progress.

These notes cover changes that matter when you run the app. A new entry is added at the top when something is ready.

23 September 2026 — See whether an automation ran​

  • Each automation shows whether its latest run is scheduled, pending, in progress, completed, failed, or paused.
  • The editor matches the kind of custom field, so a date stays a date and a yes/no stays a choice.

27 August 2026 — Choose which custom fields to use​

  • Turn custom fields on or off for bulk edits and automations.
  • While a bulk edit is still waiting, you can open it and change it.

20 August 2026 — Bring custom fields in during setup​

  • The first-run checklist pulls in the custom fields Shopify already holds, and tells you when that finishes.
  • If none are in yet, later pages offer the same sync.

18 August 2026 — Review custom fields already on the store​

  • Browse the custom fields Shopify holds for products, variants, collections, customers, and orders.

7 August 2026 — Schedule a custom-field change​

  • Create an automation, name it, choose how often it repeats, and pick the products or customers it should update.

4 August 2026 — Preview a bulk edit​

  • See how many products or customers match, and a sample of the current value next to the new one, before you run the edit.
  • If a bulk edit fails, retry that run.

30 July 2026 — Custom fields from your products​

  • Bring product custom fields in from Shopify so a bulk edit has fields to choose from.
