Fieldra privacy policy

This policy covers Fieldra. XCO Agency LLC ("XCO", "we") is the developer. Fieldra is not on the Shopify App Store. This page is still the privacy policy for the app.
The suite-wide policy is also published at apps.xco.agency/privacy. If the two differ on this app, this page wins.
Data this app uses
- Custom field names, and the values you set or clear on products, variants, collections, customers, or orders
- Which of those fields you turn on for bulk edits and automations
- Bulk edits and automations you save, and whether a run completed or failed
We also receive the shop domain and the staff account that installs the app, because Shopify sends that with the session.
What we do with it
We use this data to run the app, show it in the Shopify admin, and bill through Shopify if a plan is ever charged. We do not sell it. Fieldra does not send shopper email.
How long we keep it
We keep it while the app is installed and the shop needs it to function. When you uninstall, Shopify notifies us. We delete the shop's app data, except where we must keep a record for fraud, security, or the law.
Customers can ask the merchant, or email [email protected], to access or delete personal data we hold. We also honor Shopify's customer data requests.
Who else sees it
Shopify processes the install, the admin session, and any charge. We do not pass the data to an advertising network.
