Import claims from a spreadsheet

Use this when older requests live in a file and should become claims.

Steps

1. Export the file with one row per claim.
2. Start an import. Map each column yourself. Do not assume the first row of names matches the app.
3. Match every row to the real order and line item. A row that does not match should stay out.
4. Preview the file before you commit it.
5. Open two imported claims and compare them with the spreadsheet.
6. A claim with no order still has to pass the rules on that form, including photos if you require them.
