Claimify terms

These terms cover merchant use of Claimify. The website terms at apps.xco.agency/terms also apply.
The app
You install Claimify from the Shopify App Store. The app runs inside your shop. You keep ownership of your orders, customers, claim records, and warranty registrations.
Billing
Paid plans are charged by Shopify on your Shopify invoice. The public prices are the ones on the App Store listing: Basic at $9 a month, Plus at $19 a month, and Business at $49 a month. Each plan includes a 3-day free trial. There is no free plan. Annual billing is offered on the listing at a 17% saving. Inside the app, the $19 plan is labeled Advanced.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break Shopify's terms, to store data you have no right to, or to send email people did not ask for. You are responsible for the claim policy, the messages, and the resolutions you configure.
Stopping
Uninstall the app in the Shopify admin. That ends future charges from Shopify. We delete shop data as described in the privacy policy.
