Connect your other tools
Steps
- Open Settings and then Integrations.
- Pick the tool: Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mailchimp, Postscript, Attentive, Gorgias, LoyaltyLion, Slack, WhatsApp, Zapier, Make, a webhook, or Shopify Flow.
- Connect it and choose the claim events it should receive.
- File a test claim on your store and check that the event arrived.
Which event to use
| Event | When it fires |

claim.created | A claim is filed. |
claim.updated | A claim changes. |
claim.resolved | A claim is resolved. |
claim.rejected | A claim is rejected. |
info.requested | You ask the customer for more information. |
info.submitted | The customer answers. |
Shopify Flow is on by default. For your own code, use the API.
