Email someone after they cancel

The app is free. This is a message you send, not a charge.

Steps

1. Write the follow-up in your own words.
2. Send it to yourself first.
3. Turn it on for cancellations.
4. Cancel a test subscription and confirm one email arrives.
5. If you also have a save offer, the customer should see that offer before the subscription ends. The follow-up is after the cancel, not instead of the offer.
6. To pause or cancel several real subscriptions, select them on the list and apply one action.
