Show a notice in one country

Use this when a bar or a popup should appear only for some visitors, such as one country during a local holiday.

Steps

Create a notice and write the text. Keep it short enough to read on a phone.
Choose where it shows: the storefront, checkout, or both.
Target it by country, a customer tag, what is in the cart, or where the visit came from. Leave a rule empty if it should not filter.
Choose phone, tablet, or desktop if it should not show on every screen.
Preview it before it is public.
On the home page, confirm the storefront app is turned on. A notice does not show while that app is off.
Visit the store from a matching country, or use the preview, and confirm the notice appears. Visit in a way that should not match and confirm it stays hidden.
