Show a notice in checkout

Use this for a short message during checkout, such as a shipping cutoff.

Steps

1. Create the notice and keep the text short.
2. Choose checkout, the storefront, or both.
3. Add a cart rule if it should only show when the cart qualifies.
4. Preview it.
5. On the home page, confirm the storefront app is on.
6. Go through checkout with a cart that matches, then with a cart that does not.
