Give one tier a points boost

Use this when a higher tier should earn faster, and everyone else should stay on the normal rate.

Steps

1. Open the tier.
2. Set a points boost on that tier only.
3. Leave the other tiers without a boost.
4. Place a test order as a member of the boosted tier, and as a member of a normal tier.
5. Compare the points. The boosted member should earn more for the same order.
6. On the program home, check recent activity so the test numbers are explained.
