Email [email protected] with:

• the shop domain, for example your-store.myshopify.com
• the app name, Prizify
• what you expected, and what happened
• a screenshot of the admin or the storefront

That is faster than a description of "the widget."

You can also book a call if the question is about a build, a migration, or an app that is not on the App Store yet.
