Turn points into store credit

Use this when members earn points and should spend them as store credit.

Steps

Confirm points are earning on the action you care about, such as an order or a challenge.
Open store credit and set how many points become how much credit.
Put a points boost on a tier only if that tier should earn faster. Leave it off for everyone else.
Place a test order as a member, or complete a challenge, and confirm the points appear.
Redeem store credit and place another order. The credit should apply, and the points balance should drop.
On the program home, check the tier split and the points still unused so the test did not leave a number you cannot explain.

A challenge can require a product, a minimum quantity, or a minimum spend. Put those conditions on the challenge before you announce it.
