Floaty terms

These terms cover merchant use of Floaty. The website terms at apps.xco.agency/terms also apply.
The app
You install Floaty from the Shopify App Store. The app runs inside your shop. You keep ownership of your catalog, orders, and customer records.
Billing
Paid plans are charged by Shopify on your Shopify invoice. The price on the marketing page matches the plan config we last published. If a plan is not on the App Store yet, it is not a charge you can be billed for from a listing.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break Shopify's terms, or to publish links or offers you have no right to show. You are responsible for the labels, links, phone numbers, and discount codes you put on the storefront.
Stopping
Uninstall the app in the Shopify admin. That ends future charges from Shopify. We delete shop data as described in the privacy policy.
