Limit sorting to quiet hours

Use this when you do not want the collection order to move while most of your shoppers are browsing, for example during a sale launch.

Steps

1. Open Settings and then Processing schedule. You can also open Processing Schedule from the main navigation.
2. Turn on Only sort during specific times.
3. Pick the days sorting may run.
4. Choose All day, or set a Start time and an End time.
5. Save.

What to expect

• Times are in your store's timezone, the one set in Shopify.
• A collection that is due outside the window waits. It sorts when the window opens.
• Turning the setting off lets sorting run at any time again.
