Pin a product to the top of a collection

Use this when a strategy is right overall, and one product still has to lead.

Steps

Open the strategy you already published, or the preview if you have not published yet.
Pin the product that should stay first.
Push down or hide any product that should not lead, such as a sold-out item the strategy left in front.
Preview the collection.
Publish.
Open the collection on the storefront and check the first row against the preview.
Leave the strategy running. Pinning does not turn sorting off for the other products.
