Collections Scheduler terms

These terms cover merchant use of Maestro Collections Scheduler. The website terms at apps.xco.agency/terms also apply.
The app
You install Collections Scheduler from Shopify, or, if it is still in the studio, under a written arrangement with XCO. The app runs inside your shop. You keep ownership of your catalog, orders, and customer records.
Billing
Paid plans are charged by Shopify on your Shopify invoice. The price on the marketing page matches the plan config we last published. If a plan is not on the App Store yet, it is not a charge you can be billed for from a listing.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break Shopify's terms, to store data you have no right to, or to send email people did not ask for. You are responsible for the content you publish with the app, including claims, job posts, notices, and quizzes.
Stopping
Uninstall the app in the Shopify admin. That ends future charges from Shopify. We delete shop data as described in the privacy policy.
