This policy covers Maestro Collections Scheduler. XCO Agency LLC ("XCO", "we") is the developer. It is the privacy policy URL for this app's Shopify listing.

Data this app uses

- The change and the time it should run
We also receive the shop domain and the staff account that installs the app, because Shopify sends that with the session.
What we do with it
We use this data to run the app, show it in the Shopify admin, send the messages the app is configured to send, and bill through Shopify. We do not sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep it while the app is installed and the shop needs it to function. When you uninstall, Shopify notifies us. We delete the shop's app data in line with Shopify's shop redact webhook, except where we must keep a record for fraud, security, or the law.
Customers can ask the merchant, or email [email protected], to access or delete personal data we hold. We also honor Shopify's customer data request and customer redact webhooks.
Who else sees it
Shopify processes the install, the admin session, and any charge. An email provider sends only the messages this app is set up to send. We do not pass the data to an advertising network.
