Troubleshooting AI Blogs
The draft sounds generic
Read it before you publish. The brief is the tone, the target length, the keywords, and the audience on the campaign, and a tag from the products you selected can be one of those keywords. A thin product description in Shopify gives the draft less to work with. Change the brief or the product text and send that product again.
AI Blogs does not rewrite the body inside the app. After you publish, Edit article opens Shopify's article editor.
Nothing appeared on the blog
Generating a draft and publishing it are different steps. Generated means it is still in the app. Open Generated Articles and press Publish on the article you have read.
Also confirm the campaign has a blog selected. If the campaign says no blogs were found, create a blog in the Shopify admin under Content, then choose it on the campaign.
The month is used up
AI Campaigns shows Monthly article limit reached when this month's allowance is gone. It names the plan's limit and how many articles have been generated.
The campaign keeps the schedule you set, but no new drafts are produced until the allowance resets at the start of the next month, or you change plan. View plans opens the plan that allows more articles. Free is 2 articles a month, Pro is 20 at $19.99, and Advanced is 100 at $49.99. Those prices are not an App Store listing.
A product I deleted blanked the campaign
It should not. If a selected product is later deleted, the other products on that campaign still show. Reselect only if you want a new set of products, and do that on a new campaign — the product list is locked while you edit an existing one.
One product failed and the others did not
Open the campaign history. Each product has its own row, and a failed row includes the error. Send the campaign again for the products that failed, after you have checked that the product still exists and has a description worth writing from.
I cannot find an older draft
Articles, campaigns, and history are paged. Move to the next page, or filter the article list by campaign, before you assume the draft was lost.
Still stuck
Email [email protected] with the shop domain, the campaign name, whether the article is still Generated or already Published, and a screenshot. There is no theme block to reinstall. Installing the app again does not publish a draft you have not reviewed.
